About us
A Little Bit of Good Co. is a small, values-driven consulting practice dedicated to strengthening organisations working to solve our world’s most complex social challenges. We partner with changemakers, non-profits, social enterprises and community-led initiatives to bring structure, strategy and practical support to the work that matters most.
Our approach is hands-on, collaborative and grounded in a simple belief: when local organisations are well supported, they become the most powerful drivers of lasting change in their communities.
Over many years working across community services, social impact, policy, leadership and organisational development in Australia and Indonesia, we’ve seen the same pattern time and again, incredible people doing important work, often without the time, systems or strategic support they need to truly thrive.
A Little Bit of Good Co. was created to help bridge that gap. We work alongside purpose-driven teams to bring clarity to complex challenges, strengthen organisations from the inside out, and support leaders to turn good ideas into meaningful impact.
We don’t take the spotlight - we amplify it. Our role is to build the clarity, capacity and confidence that allows the organisations we work with to create even more positive change across Australia, Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
We are a Social Enterprise
We put people and planet first. Our focus is on building the capacity of not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises in Australia, Indonesia and across Southeast Asia, where we offer embedded, culturally sensitive, and practical support to build long-term organisational capability and sustainability.
Being a Social Enterprise, means we first exist to create positive impact in the world through who we choose to work with and the impact that each organisation we support makes, but we back it up with being a sustainable business through our fee-for-service offerings.
On any given year, we are committed to at least 50% of our clients receiving pro or low-bono support from A Little Bit of Good Co.

Co-Founder, Managing Director + Principal Consultant
With over 20 years’ experience leading mission-driven organisations, Ross has dedicated his career to advancing human rights, supporting disadvantaged communities and driving systemic, community-led change. His work spans youth-led advocacy, child protection, poverty alleviation, place-based community development and social innovation, centred on empowering people and strengthening local organisations. Ross has held senior executive roles across peak bodies, service providers and consulting firms, leading teams, shaping policy and designing programs that deliver meaningful outcomes. Alongside this, he has served on national, state and local boards and advisory committees, championing strong governance, strategic clarity and ethical leadership.
Ross holds a Masters in International Social Development from the University of New South Wales.
At A Little Bit of Good Co., Ross is the primary consultant and Managing Director. He specialises in organisational strategy, program and impact design, governance improvement, funding strategy, and long-term capacity building for social enterprises, NGOs and community-led organisations. His approach is hands-on, collaborative, and rooted in a deep belief that local organisations, when well supported, are the most powerful drivers of lasting change.

Co-founder, Governance & Grants Lead
Liz is an accomplished community sector executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading service delivery, designing programs and strengthening the systems that support children, families and communities. She has held senior leadership roles across child protection, mental health, family services and community development, and has a long track record of designing services, building partnerships, and managing complex tenders and funding submissions.
Liz holds a Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas.
At A Little Bit of Good Co., Liz provides governance support, service design expertise, organisational policy and procedure development, and leads the firm’s grant and tender writing function. With extensive experience driving quality, compliance and risk oversight, Liz brings clarity, structure and practical solutions to organisations working on the front lines of social impact.

Finance & Organisational Systems Lead
Gaurav brings more than 18 years’ experience supporting the financial, business, and administrative functions of purpose-driven organisations.
Gaurav holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). He has worked extensively across the non-profit and social impact sectors in Australia, including large national charities, state-based peak bodies and NDIS sector and leading service providers. His career has focused on strengthening financial governance, building robust administrative systems, and ensuring organisations are compliant, sustainable, and well-positioned for growth.
